Below are the documents needed to apply to Cedars:

• Copy of the Data and Photo pages of the Passport or a copy of the National ID

• Copy of Medical records (Vaccinations Records)

• Two passport pictures

• Students transferring from another school must provide their transcripts from their previous school(s)
